Walter Dullemond, Founder
FTC International Consulting was founded in 1999 by Walter Dullemond. Walter has an education in Microbiology, and has worked in the Food Industry in a technical capacity since 1987. His background is in food ingredient technology and applications. During his career he has developed thousands of products, and worked with hundreds of manufacturers, marketers, distributors and importers to help bring products to market. His expertise is in food science, regulatory affairs, product development and process development. He has helped build several processing facilities, including one in South-East Asia.
Eva has an education in Chemistry, Metallurgy and Crystallography, combined with a degree in Economics. She has been working in the food industry in a technical capacity since 1997. She joined FTC as a senior technical consultant in 2004 and is responsible for regulatory compliance in labelling and nutrition. She has extensive experience in regulatory affairs, product development and sports nutrition.
