BC Disaster Recovery and Agri-Business Planning Funding
For food processors affected by the BC Wildfires or Flood Recovery, funding will soon be available for recovery and coaching. FTC team members can to assist you with application and consulting services to obtain and use funding for Disaster Recovery. Funding is available from $ 5000 per individual applicant and $20,000 for group applicants.

Applicants must have a minimum annual revenue of $30,000, and be a primary agriculture producer or food or beverage manufacturer.
Funds may be used for a qualified business consultant to develop a plan on one or a combination of the following:
- Business structures
- Production economics
- Business strategy
- Cash flow and financial analysis
- Value added ventures
- Risk assessment and mitigation
- Human resources
- Succession / Transition planning
